Matthew Chilcott
Owner – FCIPD, ACEL, BA (Hons)
Matthew Chilcott is the Founder and Owner of Consensus HR and has over 30 years of Human Resources and Employment Law experience working across a wide range of sectors.
Prior to establishing Consensus HR in 2011, Matthew held senior HR positions with organisations including Forte Hotels, Welcome Break, Veolia Water, Superdrug, DSG International and Martindale Pharma.
Matthew specialises in helping businesses take the pain out of managing people through practical HR solutions, Employment Law compliance, leadership development and employee engagement strategies.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holder of the Advanced Certificate in Employment Law, Matthew works closely with businesses of all sizes to prevent people problems before they become costly Employment Tribunal claims.
