Matthew Chilcott is the Owner of Consensus HR and provides practical, professional and commercially focused outsourced HR and Employment Law support to SMEs.
Matthew works closely with business owners, directors and managers helping companies take the pain out of managing people whilst preventing people problems.
Support includes Employment Law guidance, HR documentation, employee relations, management development, absence management, disciplinary and grievance support, contracts, employee handbooks and proactive HR advice aligned with UK Employment Law and ACAS best practice.
Matthew is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and holds the Advanced Certificate in Employment Law (ACEL), providing employers with practical HR guidance supported by extensive HR and Employment Law experience.
