Well, firstly we cannot believe it has been three months since our last Newsletter with what has gone on during this period – April, May and June. We have seen Coronavirus, Furlough, a massive crash in the economy and still we do not know what the future holds. The main thing we are saying to our clients is to remain positive and look at how we can adapt our businesses & HR to meet the needs of the team, business and clients whilst crossing the bridge (a saying we use a lot) when we need to & not before but ensuring we are prepared and working proactively rather than reactively.
- In this quarters HR newsletter we discuss:
- Post-Pandemic Planning – Benefits of Outsourcing your HR
- Could working from home become part of our ‘new normal’
- Range of management development workshops to ensure your team have the skills required to manage the team.
‘Keep safe’ & please remember we are here at all times to offer you guidance & support during these very unusual & difficult times and good luck to your teams & business.
‘C’ = Coronavirus – just in case you wondered!
