Are you paying the correct amount?
The Government are keen that employers should be paying the legal minimum wage. It has now increased in the penalty involved should employers be found to be paying beneath this level.
The maximum penalty is now £20,000 which is calculated on a per worker basis rather than on a per employer notice basis – so could be very expensive.
